Canoply Games – it’s experimental one-man project. Project was born in a small Siberian city Bratsk, 2006. Canoply Games – it’s chaotic music, mix of soundscapes, electronic, noises, poetry and sound-art. It happens eclectic and not logical, always keeping spirit of experiment. Like Merzbow, Svarte Greiner, Muslimgauze, Robert Rich, Coil, Ambient Anarchist.
New conceptual album “Phantoms” are a result of big work, which passed throughout the end 2009, the beginning 2010. Russian poets and artists took part in the project. Voices in tracks – Joseph Brodsky, Nadejda Polyanskaya, Jim Koshin, Joseph К, Platon Terentev.

The author of a cover – Aleksandr Savinov.

In an album used fragments from poems Joseph Brodsky, Haruki Murakami,
Ernest Hemmingway, N. A. Hrenova, and also poem of Jzofefa К. and Jim Koshin.

In music creation was used one six-string acoustic guitar and the drum-machine. In video creation are used fragments from various films and cartoon films, and also author’s video. 5 audio tracks + 5 video clips.

Canoply Games – the project of experimental electronic music, mix of various styles. It is synthesised music with use of various sounds and effects.
The project was born in Siberian city Bratsk, 2006. For four years activity 7high-grade albums have been let out. Canoply Games for free distribution of music.

Also in December 2008 teamwork with group Billion Yellow Birds (siberian post-rock) then audio-book has been let out has been spent. In the beginning of 2009 Canoply Games lets out teamwork with Haruki Murakami.

Now I raise money to publish an album on CD. For this purpose it is necessary for me collect 2000 dollars. I can’t make it I am independent . I hope for your help and support. Canoply Games working on creation of a new conceptual album. A theme of this work – phantoms. We would like to make something especial. We invite to take part in creation of an album of all interested persons. The musical part is already written.

From you it is required – choose track number, to think over its theme, and write about short essay or poem. Further you should record your voice, can simply read the text, can sing or as you wish. You should transfer an audio-file with your record to us. After that we will mix it with an original track.

You will be included in authors of the album which exit is planned for February-March 2010.

Deadline of giving material – on February, 1st 2010.
